Once again I forgot the camera but had a great day on the water. Point Aux Chene is one of my favorite places to fish in fact it is where my return to fishing began. I launched my first Kayak in Point Aux Chene (which means Point of the Oak btw).
If you are looking for a place just littered with redfish this is the spot.
I had to cull through 13 reds to get to my fourth place stringer as I just could not find the big reds on this day.
As is par for the course my "fishing buddy" killed me again taking first place with a 24lb stringer of reds.
All in all a great day on the water and I am grateful to the Lord for his provision and for his glorious creation. Even though the creation calls out for redemption the glory of God is declared in his creation.
